I could immediately see that Zoë’s message and approach to dealing with people stuff was just what my team needed. Zoë took the time to understand the team before we commenced the workshops and adjusted the pace and content to suit the team’s needs as we progressed through each session. Her ability to get people to listen to what they are saying and adjust their messaging was valuable in helping my team to grow. Our team now has more authentic and productive conversations.
Zoë provided development programs for the staff at ADEA. They talked about Zoë’s programs long after they finished, about how they put into practice the reflections from those sessions. Those sessions were great value for us and I could see how the staff worked more as a team. I would absolutely recommend Zoë’s programs. They are about development and leadership with a difference. Zoë is very authentic and fun.
Zoë has worked with the FGD Group on many occasions over the last five or so years. She has helped us with change management when the firm was moving to an activity based office and going paperless. She has also worked with us on mentoring and one on one training as well as leading our Director group and broader community with difficult conversations training. I thoroughly recommend Zoë in all areas she works in.
I wanted to thank you for the fabulous workshop you presented: Leadership Skills for Industry Associations Executives. I gained a wealth of information, as well as invaluable motivation to refocus my energies into productive strategising and hopefully, successful future outcomes. You are an inspiring presenter and passionate about building an empowered network of leadership professionals. I look forward to the next opportunity I have to attend one of your workshops.

What are our workshop participants say

I thought Zoë was an excellent presenter, and the content of the session was excellent. Particularly the idea of Emotional Aikido in having a clear message, calm emotions, and warm intentions. I thought the format of the session was great and it was awesome she gave us a copy of People Stuff, which I am looking forward to reading.
Zoe was a great guest, really interesting area of work and models she covered. Excellent that the material/workbook was provided and we worked through it, I really appreciate that structure. Excellent that we got a copy of her book and did interactive exercises throughout. I thought that was a pretty good session.

I was so thrilled to have Zoë Routh present to us. I had been listening to some of her podcasts. I found her to be an engaging speaker and her templates a great way to prepare for a difficult conversation.
Zoë is an amazing presenter and managed to nurture us through a heavy day of work and to be excited about the opportunities. This fitted in well with work we are trying to do in my workplace.
Zoë was very good and this will be of great benefit to me going forward. My toolbox has expanded thanks to Zoë.
