Step 2: How should we respond?
Scenario planning: pick the two most volatile trends. These are the trends that could go one way or another - the trends that have the most uncertainty. Map these trends on the two axis of a quadrant model. Next explore what these four new possible worlds might look like.
Next, how should we respond to these possible worlds?
Step 3: What should we do?
