Corporate leader Rory Waddell talks about inclusion and diversity policies in your leadership model

Rory is a Civil and Environmental Engineer with a broad career in the Consulting Sector. Rory has led teams and projects in Australia, the UK, Ireland and the USA and is currently involved in the delivery of some of Sydney’s most significant infrastructure projects.

This global experience has given Rory a great appreciation for the commonalities and differences in the way in which people work and the great results that you can get from harnessing a diverse team and a genuine enjoyment in connecting and collaborating with people from all over the globe. Rory is the leader of the Sydney Region for GHD, a global consulting firm who work across the markets of transportation, water, environment, energy and resources and property and buildings.

Rory loves travelling, playing and watching any sort of sport and gets great inspiration from his young kids.
